We are looking for a Business Process Analysis professional to strengthen IT budget visibility and vendor governance across OPEX/CAPEX, purchasing, and contract execution in a technology environment. You will translate financial data into actionable reporting while coordinating with IT, Finance, Procurement, and suppliers—apply to help optimize spend and service performance.

Responsibilities

Own IT budget planning, execution tracking, and optimization for OPEX and CAPEX

Build and deliver executive-ready reporting on spend, variances, and forecast

Control budget versus actuals and highlight risks, trends, and optimization opportunities

Execute the end-to-end purchasing process, from request to purchase order and payment control

Coordinate with vendors to track services, deliverables, and contract compliance
-
Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to improve cost and commercial terms
-
Validate invoices against contracted services and agreed commercial conditions

Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment status to ensure timely processing

Identify and mitigate contractual risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Benchmark pricing and market conditions to support sourcing decisions

Partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to align budgeting and operational processes

Translate financial and contractual data into clear actions for technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in IT budget planning, control, and optimization (OPEX and CAPEX)

2+ years of experience with end-to-end purchasing processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payments

2+ years of experience managing vendor relationships and contract follow-up in technology-related environments

Consultancy skills to advise stakeholders and align processes across IT, Finance, and Procurement

Contract negotiation skills to support renegotiations focused on cost and commercial conditions

Strong financial analysis skills to interpret spend, forecast, and variances versus budget

Advanced Excel skills for data consolidation, formulas, and pivot tables
-
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and operational follow-through

Clear communication skills to explain financial information and drive operational tracking

English proficiency: C1 (Advanced)

Basic IT services knowledge across software licensing, cloud services, infrastructure, support, and projects
