The IS Trainee will support the Information Systems department in daily operations, project implementations, and system maintenance, gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and applications.
- Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Assist with data entry and basic data analysis for IS projects.
- Collaborate with IS team members on various tasks and initiatives.
- Learn and apply company IT policies and best practices.
- Provide support for network connectivity and telecommunication systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IS Manager.
Job Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems (Windows), and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish (reading and speaking) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
