Where You'll Make a Difference
Develop and optimize beverage formulations aligned with customer, market, and regulatory requirements.
Independently manage technical projects from concept through commercialization.
Support strategic customer accounts with application expertise and technical recommendations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Design and execute laboratory and pilot plant experiments.
Demonstrate ingredient technologies through innovative beverage concepts.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and experimental records.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and new concept development within the beverage category.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field .
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in beverage applications or beverage technology.
Strong formulation and product development experience within beverages.
Experience working in laboratory environments following GMP standards.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to perform ingredient calculations, dosage calculations, and cost-in-use evaluations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
How Would You Stand Out?
Master's degree in Food Science or related discipline.
Experience with SAP and advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of sensory evaluation methodologies and flavor profiling.
