You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Building and strengthening long-term relationships with strategic clients to understand their needs and align solutions

Managing and growing key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and untapped accounts
-
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution

Navigating complex sales processes, including follow-up, negotiation, and closing activities

Analyzing client needs and market trends to inform account strategies and decision-making

Executing disciplined sales planning and pipeline management to achieve performance goals
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field

Intermediate English proficiency

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in industries such as architecture, design, construction, luxury finishes, residential or commercial furniture, or logistics

Experience managing complex client interactions, including follow-up and problem solving within sales processes

Basic knowledge of financial concepts such as percentages, margins, and discounts
