PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION
Descripción de puesto
Contribuir con las actividades de captura de datos e información en el área de producción.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Reunir, organizar, manejar y actualizar datos e información.
- Elaboración de formatos.
- Capturar asistencia, vacaciones, faltas, tiempo extra, justificantes, omitidos.
- Capturar reporte de producción.
- Capturar folios.
- Ajuste de nómina.
- Apoyo a Supervisores de Producción.
- Capturar tiempos perdidos.
- Participar en los cursos de capacitación y actualización para su desarrollo de acuerdo con la matriz de entrenamiento de su puesto.

- Participar en los análisis de investigaciones de incidentes relacionados a la calidad del producto, de seguridad y salud e impacto al medio ambiente.
- Usar el EPP.
- Reportar cualquier acto y/o condición que pudiera poner en riesgo su vida y la de sus compañeros.
REQUERIMIENTOS
Educación requerida: Preparatoria terminada.
Experiencia de trabajo requerida: Conocimiento de entrada y salida de datos.
Habilidades y conocimiento requerido: Office y demás herramientas de oficina y administrativas.
Responsabilidades asociadas a los Sistemas de Gestión de ISO9001, ISO14001 e ISO 45001:
- Cumplir con los controles operacionales de Calidad, Medio ambiente y de Seguridad y Salud.
- Cumplir con las Políticas de Calidad y EHS.
- Ayudar al cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y de Seguridad y Salud.
