ROLE PURPOSE
Be the engine of the mancuerna — the partner who ensures every entrepreneur touchpoint is prepared, no commitment is left open.
This is not an operational support role. It is the starting point of a real career: from Analyst to Manager, from light accounts to Outliers. The pace depends on what you demonstrate — in every account, every interaction, every loop you close.
The Outlier account is the north star. You don't get there immediately, but everything you do in an OL account is preparation for when it becomes yours. You observe how your mancuerna diagnoses, creates a strategy, how they mobilize, and how they hold the relationship under pressure. You learn the standard before inheriting it.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
The mancuerna works trusts you to ensure nothing falls through the cracks — preparation, participation, and follow-up are yours to own.
Entrepreneurs know you: even if you are not the official face, the founder knows who you are and trusts you to work with them.
The portfolio is tracked: metrics, segmentation, open asks, and upcoming milestones always up to date.
Peer experiences are executed well: flawless logistics, relevant curation, follow-up that generates real impact.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES (KPI's)
1. Being the mancuerna that multiplies
That means preparing every meeting with depth (doing pre-research, EE context, current moment, open asks), being present in interactions with your own judgment, and closing every follow-up loop without being asked.
Account volume: 6–10 accounts as Analyst · 8–14 as Associate · 10–16 as Sr. Associate.
You own keeping information always current: growth trajectory, engagement level, segmentation, open asks, and upcoming milestones.
3. Your first accounts
Your first accounts come in companies wheres you already have context, where the entrepreneur knows you, where you have been part of every conversation. It is not leap into th unknown. Its is the formalization of something already happening.
Account types: 2nd Companies · Entrepreneurs · Watchlist Accounts — future Outliers (depending on level).
4. Learning the outlier standard from the inside
As Dupla 2 in outliers, you are not just handling logistics. You are learning how the most complex portfolio relationship is held: how the Dupla 1 (Head) reads the founder's moment, how they mobilize high-quality resources, how they maintain trust during high-pressure stages. That is what you will do one day. Learn what it looks like.
Support the logistics, preparation, and on-the-ground execution of mentorships, peer to peer sessions, retreats, roundtables, peer circles for the communities, portfolio related events, or challenge based events and cohort sessions. Manage participant details, materials, and post-event follow-up. Every well-executed experience is evidence that you can operate with greater autonomy.
6. Ecosystem research and activation support
Research relevant alumni, mentors, or C-level leaders for specific entrepreneurs in the portfolio. Support the Dupla 1 in coordinating and following up on those connections.
