Job Objective
Management of a group ("Assembly Worker") and active support to ensure value-adding activities (in particular continuous improvement) in production in accordance with company rules and guidelines or instructions.
Demanding and adhering to standards for manufacturing processes, if necessary, escalation in the event of deviations (e.g. quality problems) in accordance with company regulations.
Carrying out the assigned tasks taking into account the specified work procedures / equipment to be applied as well as the optimum achievement of the selected key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with the specified standards.
Duties and Responsibilities

Promoting team development and cooperation partners in contact with other departments and groups.

Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.

Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.

Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.

Organizing and moderating workshops of the groups.

Implementation of measures to maintain health and safety at work in accordance with company and statutory
regulations. -
Depending on the task assigned, indirect organizational and production-supporting tasks such as data acquisition, logistics, quality, control, armament and repair may be performed.

Support of the group in root cause analysis.

Cooperation with responsible departments (after consultation with the superior) in the realization of agreed production targets in the area of responsibility with regard to safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service and cooperation (S-Q-K-T-S-Z).

Performance of operational tasks, e.g. simple assembly work, simple set-up and adjustment work in accordance with prescribed standards, guidelines and instructions.

Monitoring the quality of materials, products and equipment by means of checks, if necessary, determining the causes of faults and calling in the responsible authorities for the purpose of fault rectification / escalation in accordance with the specifications.

Recording and forwarding of information from the shop floor management in cooperation with the
responsible authorities, especially with regard to quality measures and continuous improvement in
production. -
Notification of the production manager and quality assurance in the event of problematic faults in
equipment or individual parts from the upstream departments with the following escalation process. -
Execution of simple maintenance, control and repair work (e.g. on processing stations, control systems,
machines/installations and devices) and execution of periodic safety checks in accordance with the
specifications
Objetivo
Gestionar grupos de trabajo (“Operadores de Ensamble”) y soporte activo para asegurar actividades de valor agregado (en particular mejora continua) en producción, de acuerdo con las reglas, lineamientos e instrucciones de la empresa.
Asegurar y hacer cumplir los estándares de los procesos de manufactura y, en caso necesario, escalar desviaciones (por ejemplo, problemas de calidad) conforme a las regulaciones de la empresa.
Ejecutar las tareas asignadas considerando los procedimientos de trabajo y equipos especificados, así como el cumplimiento óptimo de los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y los estándares establecidos.
Responsabilidades

Promover el desarrollo del equipo y la cooperación con otras áreas y grupos de trabajo.

Asignar al personal de acuerdo con sus competencias y calificaciones dentro de la estructura correspondiente.
Instruir, guiar y apoyar a los colaboradores de manera orientada a objetivos y motivadora para el cumplimiento de sus tareas. -
Guiar, capacitar y brindar soporte a los empleados en actividades relacionadas con su función.

Responsable de mantener el desempeño del equipo, así como de las evaluaciones y requerimientos de capacitación.
Organizar y moderar talleres o sesiones de trabajo de los grupos. -
Implementar medidas para mantener la salud y seguridad en el trabajo conforme a las regulaciones internas y legales aplicables.

Dependiendo de la tarea asignada, realizar actividades indirectas de soporte organizacional y productivo, tales como captura de datos, logística, calidad, control, herramentales y reparación.

Brindar soporte al grupo en análisis de causa raíz.

Colaborar con las áreas responsables (previa consulta con el superior) para cumplir los objetivos de producción acordados en materia de seguridad, calidad, costos, tiempos de entrega, servicio y cooperación (S-Q-K-T-S-Z).

Ejecutar tareas operativas, por ejemplo: trabajos simples de ensamble, ajustes y configuraciones básicas conforme a estándares, lineamientos e instrucciones establecidas.

Supervisar la calidad de materiales, productos y equipos mediante inspecciones; en caso necesario, identificar causas de fallas y solicitar la intervención de las áreas responsables para su corrección o escalación conforme a las especificaciones.

Registrar y comunicar información de la gestión operativa en piso de producción en coordinación con las áreas responsables, especialmente respecto a medidas de calidad y mejora continua.

Notificar al gerente de producción y al área de aseguramiento de calidad sobre fallas críticas en equipos o componentes provenientes de procesos previos, siguiendo el proceso de escalación establecido.

Ejecutar trabajos básicos de mantenimiento, control y reparación (por ejemplo, en estaciones de proceso, sistemas de control, maquinaria/equipos y dispositivos), así como realizar verificaciones periódicas de seguridad conforme a las especificaciones.
