Medical Concierge & Patient Advisor — Tijuana
Location: Tijuana, Baja CaliforniaPosition: Medical Concierge & Patient AdvisorEmployment: Full-TimeStarting Salary: $15,000–$20,000 MXN/month + Performance-Based Commissions
About the Position
We are looking for a professional, bilingual, highly motivated individual to join our growing medical team in Tijuana as a Medical Concierge & Patient Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication and computer skills, is highly organized, and wants the opportunity to earn substantial additional income based on performance.
You will be one of the primary points of contact for our patients. Your role is to make sure prospective and existing patients feel informed, comfortable, supported, and properly taken care of throughout their entire treatment experience.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing position that requires consistency, organization, follow-through, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
- Speak with prospective patients and understand their needs, questions, and treatment objectives.
- Explain our services and treatment process clearly and professionally.
- Prepare customized treatment proposals and pricing.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients.
- Schedule consultations, treatments, appointments, transportation, and other patient services.
- Guide and support patients through every step of their experience—from their initial inquiry through their arrival, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, medical staff, and the internal team.
- Maintain accurate patient information, schedules, and communications.
- Use computers, email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and internal systems on a daily basis.
- Respond quickly and professionally to patient questions and concerns.
- Solve problems and coordinate solutions when issues arise.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the patient journey.
- Maintain organized and timely follow-up with prospective and active patients every day.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Professional: You will represent our organization and communicate directly with patients, including international patients traveling for medical treatment.
Personable: You genuinely enjoy talking to people and know how to make patients feel comfortable and confident.
Organized: You can manage multiple patients, conversations, appointments, proposals, and follow-ups without losing track of important details.
Computer Savvy: You are comfortable learning and using computer systems, email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
A Strong Communicator: You know how to listen, explain information clearly, answer questions, and communicate confidently.
Self-Motivated: You don’t need someone constantly supervising you. You recognize what needs to be done and take care of it.
Reliable: When you tell a patient you will call them back, you call them back. When something needs to be followed up on, you follow up.
Results-Oriented: You understand that excellent patient service, consistent follow-up, and strong communication are directly connected to the success of the business.
Previous experience in medical administration, patient coordination, medical tourism, hospitality, sales, customer service, call centers, or concierge services is an advantage.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Starting salary: $15,000–$20,000 MXN per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
In addition to the base salary, this position includes a performance-based commission structure with significant earning potential.
For the right person who excels at the position, consistently follows up with prospective patients, builds strong relationships, and produces results, total monthly compensation can potentially reach $200,000 MXN or more.
There is no fixed ceiling on earning potential for an exceptional performer.
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional salary. If you are highly motivated, excellent with people, organized, persistent, and capable of converting opportunities into results, your income can grow substantially with your performance.
The better you perform, the more you can earn.
This Is a Serious, Hands-On Position
We want to be very clear about what this job involves.
This is not simply a receptionist position.
You will be expected to answer the phone, respond to messages, prepare proposals, follow up with prospective patients, schedule appointments, coordinate logistics, solve problems, and guide patients through the treatment process.
And you will be expected to do it consistently, professionally, and every day.
The ability to follow through is extremely important.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly—not someone who needs constant supervision or loses interest after the first few weeks.
If you’re the type of person who is professional, energetic, organized, personable, dependable, ambitious, and motivated by the opportunity to earn more through exceptional performance, this could be an outstanding opportunity for you.
What We Offer
- Competitive starting salary
- Performance-based commission structure
- Potential to earn $200,000+ MXN per month for exceptional performance
