What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or a related role.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, or Talend.

Expertise: Knowledge across DG, DQ, MDM, Responsible AI, MLOps, and FinOps.

Soft Skills: Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Frameworks: Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Certifications: CDMP or DCAM certifications are highly desired.
What do we expect from you?

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the data lifecycle is managed effectively across the organization.

Partner with Data Stewards, BU Data Owners, CISO, CDO, and Chief Architect to align initiatives with business objectives.

Envision, create, maintain, and enhance enterprise data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata repositories.

Define and enforce data quality rules, metrics, and processes to improve accuracy and consistency.

Conduct technical training sessions to promote data governance awareness across AXOS.

Support internal, external, and regulatory audits related to Data Management
