Scope of the Search: In order to ensure the future solid development of the Mexican region as well as in the rest of Latin-America we are now looking for a service professional with profound technical and industry experience who will contribute expertise, exceptional commitment and help to develop business activities in Mexico and in second step in Middle-America profitably, sustainably and in strong alignment with the parent company´s goals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience with capital equipment or Polyurethane related markets
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior technical / commercial sales experience in service role(s)
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in leadership role(s)
- High proficiency in company product knowledge and application of the products on customer´s systems
- Sales experience proven experience with direct customer contacts Experience in the development and execution of innovative and successful market development strategies that follow demands of substantial and sustainable growth.
- Professional background in an innovative, successful medium-sized company with an international holding structure, preferably experience with German and/or European stakeholders.
- Sound market and customer knowledge in industrial segments related to Hennecke’s business
Assignment:
The Head of Service / Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on site service operations for industrial machinery installations and aftermarket support activities in Mexico. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of maintenance, commissioning, repairs, upgrades, and customer support services in alignment with the standards of the European parent company. The Head of Service / Site Manager acts as the primary operational contact for customers and coordinates local service teams, subcontractors, logistics, and technical support functions to ensure maximum equipment availability and customer satisfaction.
Major tasks are:
- Identify new business opportunities for all service products (spare parts, retrofits, customer value service, Environmental services) within Mexico and Middle-America.
- Plan how to build a high-level of strong client relationship with existing and prospective clients to establish a competitive positioning in the defined region and provide input to company product, price and service strategy
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Service organization in Mexico and only disciplinary leadership for the Sales organization.
- Execute organizational adjustments according to the market needs.
- Onboarding and coaching of newcomers in the Service organization.
- + Knowledge development to local service technicians (Skill matrix)
- Generate annually redefined service order intake, revenue and margin targets (or higher)
- Advising customers on modernization and expansion of their existing machines and systems.
- Technical clarification of the scope of services and delivery with the customer and with the respective specialist departments of the Hennecke GROUP.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations.
- Independent negotiation with customers until contract conclusion based on margin targets.
- Continuous analysis of customer needs, market trends and competitive analysis.
- Updating relevant customer and installed base data.
- Act as eyes and ears of the company in the target market, including monitoring and reporting customer satisfaction levels to company group management.
- Work closely with the all relevant cross-functions such like engineering, sales, marketing etc. in Hennecke GROUP.
- Conduct technical seminars to all relevant customers in the region.
- Participation in relevant regional trade shows.
- Financial & Administrative responsibilities.
- Control site operational costs and support budget management.
- Review service reports, timesheets, expenses, and subcontractor invoices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Working closely with with companies’s legal representative and accounting company.
- Health, Safety & Compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain required permits, certifications, and documentation.
Organizational Level: Direct reporting line to the CSO of Hennecke PUR Solutions and functional reporting line to the Director Global Service
Residence: Queretaro
Assignment Period: The assignment is for an unlimited period.
Mobility: Ability to travel within assigned geographical area and on a regular basis to Hennecke Lead Company in St. Augustin
