Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Guest Service Agent (night shift) , you’re not just handing over the shift effectively to ensure the proper operation of the reception for the day – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Maintain a daily record of arrivals and departures and verify the information constantly.
Manage guest registration cards by printing them during the night shift and updating them during the morning and afternoon shifts.
Print informational reports for hotel departments such as arrival lists, VIPs, in-house groups, and occupancy percentages—as well as executive floor access lists.
Support the night auditor with all additional tasks assigned.
Assign keys for the next day's arrivals.
Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications
