Join us as a Senior Health & Safety Engineer and make a tangible difference in manufacturing safety. You'll lead audits, investigations, and training programs that protect our workforce while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
What will you do?

Perform safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement controls that reduce workplace injuries

Design and enforce safety protocols that meet OSHA regulations and align with industry standards

Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures

Conduct specialized training sessions on equipment safety, hazardous materials, and emergency response
What are the key skills we are looking for?

Risk Assessment — intermediate level; evaluating severity and likelihood of manufacturing hazards to prioritize controls

Safety Auditing — intermediate level; conducting thorough inspections to identify unsafe practices and equipment issues

Incident Management — intermediate level; investigating accidents and near-misses to drive systemic improvements

Occupational Health and Safety Management System — developing level; implementing protocols that ensure regulatory compliance

Communication — intermediate level; delivering clear safety training and engaging employees at all levels

Resilience — intermediate level; maintaining focus and effectiveness when responding to high-pressure safety events

Problem Solving — developing level; analyzing complex safety challenges to develop practical solutions
