Remote Case Manager (Mexico-Based)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager/Paralegal to join our Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm.
This is a fully remote position based in Mexico, working with a U.S.-based firm.
Candidates must have strong experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law or insurance claims/adjusting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Draft correspondence, demands, and case documentation
- Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff-side preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years as a Paralegal, Case Manager, or Legal Professional
- Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury processes is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in Mexico or another jurisdiction (not required)
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based law firms
Position Details:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)
