We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support our call center operations. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating purchases and services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations. The Site Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for external providers and internal teams, handling administrative and operational tasks that keep the call center running efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors and suppliers for all call center needs.
- Manage invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Generate purchase orders and track approvals.
- Monitor and follow up on payments to vendors.
- Oversee the monthly budget and provide regular updates.
- Request quotes from vendors and evaluate proposals.
- Arrange hotel and transportation bookings for clients and CP360 executive team.
- Assist clients during on-site visits.
- Manage visitor registration and site access.
- Assign lockers to new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and vendor activities.
- Maintain inventory up to date
Qualifications
- Previous experience in vendor management, procurement, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
