- Quality assurance: verify the elements on visual, functional and dimensional using LEGO Standards. Program the CMM. Collaborate with other areas global and local to get the support needed such as new tools or temporary approval or deviations on moulds.
- Follow up on Non conforming material: give disposition on non conforming material by following procedures.
- Collaboration: effective shift delivery, communicate decisions on quality that colleagues need to know to calibrate. Elaborate dimensional reports, analyze measuring results (detecting trends or impacts in other designs or similar moulds, verify measurements, etc), maintain the 5´s inside the area, report any affectation to the equhipment, participate in Problem solving analysis when needed and report daily the indicators on the boards.
- Collaboration with other departments on their meetings such as Mould Maintenance and Ramp up area.
- Lead Dynamic Yellow Repairs meetings and keep informed to the team.
- Participate on trainings when needed
