The Role
We’re hiring a remote leasing agent to own weekends—ensuring no inbound leads go untouched during our highest-demand periods. This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role with meaningful upside tied directly to leases you help convert.
Schedule
- Must be available 8–10 hours every weekend (Saturday + Sunday required)
- Optional weekday hours for additional earning potential
You’ll be the first point of connection for prospective tenants—helping people find a home that truly fits their needs. Through warm, curious, and clear conversations, you’ll guide renters from first inquiry to signed lease, ensuring the process feels human, simple, and supportive.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly: Engage with new leads within 3 hours of their inquiry.
- Build relationships: Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and tailor your approach to each prospect.
- Guide the process: Schedule and host remote showings, walking people step-by-step through what can otherwise feel overwhelming.
- Stay organized: Keep systems (Appfolio, Talkroute, Slack, Property Meld) updated so the whole team stays in sync.
- Follow through: Proactively track prospects, follow up with care, and close loops to help people secure their new home.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months+ of sales and/or leasing experience. **Sales skill is a prerequisite***
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Empathetic, people-first mindset—able to balance professionalism with authenticity.
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid setup.
Compensation
- Base pay + up to US$100 bonus per lease signed
