As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and client-focused Legal Client Services Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, managing case progress, and ensuring every client receives exceptional support throughout their legal journey.
While U.S. Lemon Law experience is preferred, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our processes and the fundamentals of U.S. Lemon Law.
About the Role
As a Legal Client Services Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their Lemon Law claim. You'll provide case updates, answer questions, collect required documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure each case progresses efficiently.
This is a client-focused role requiring approximately 30–40 client calls per day. Success in this position requires empathy, professionalism, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage a large caseload while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and SMS
- Handle approximately 30–40 client calls per day
- Provide timely case updates and respond to client inquiries
- Collect and follow up on required documents and information
- Maintain accurate case notes and client records within CRM and case management systems
- Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to support efficient case progression
- Ensure all required documentation is received promptly
- Build trust with clients through empathy, professionalism, and proactive communication
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the lifecycle of every case
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm, legal services environment, legal operations, or a client-facing customer service role preferred
- Legal education or a legal background is preferred but not required
- Experience in U.S. Lemon Law, consumer protection, or case management is a plus but not required
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
- Experience using CRM software or case management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
