In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
Plan and review production work orders, determining labor, material, and time requirements to support efficient execution.
Ensure equipment and machinery are in proper working condition, partnering with maintenance teams to address preventive and corrective needs.
Confirm materials are available at the production line and resolve material flow issues in collaboration with materials and scheduling teams.
Verify completed work orders are properly assembled, packed, quality-approved, and accurately recorded in the system for shipping or warehousing.
Provide direct leadership to operators, supporting adherence to assembly and testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Participate in process improvement initiatives alongside Manufacturing Engineering to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Support root cause analysis for safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by promoting safety awareness, training, and environmental stewardship.
Manage employee time and attendance through electronic systems and support fair, accurate payroll processing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience leading or supervising manufacturing or assembly operations in a production environment.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
Ability to analyze production data, manage priorities, and make timely, informed decisions.
Comfort using standard business and production systems, including data tracking and reporting tools.
Skills in people leadership, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development.
Flexibility to support operational needs across different schedules as required.
Ability for blue print reading and GD&T.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in machining environments such as CNC, lathes, or metal finishing processes.
Knowledge of physical properties of metals and heat treatments
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem‑solving tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and data‑driven decision making.
Experience supporting equipment maintenance coordination, budget awareness, or product transfer activities.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish in a manufacturing setting.
