Responsabilidades Principales
Analizar y conciliar inventarios netos basados en cantidades y valor en dólares entre ERP y Anexo 24.
Revisar y conciliar recibos de materiales contra importaciones diarias, asegurando su correcta captura entre ambos sistemas.
Analizar y validar:
Bill of Materials (BOM) cargados en Anexo 24 vs ERP.
Descargos de Anexo 24 vs transacciones registradas en ERP.
Consumo y registro de desperdicios en Anexo 24 vs ERP.
Transacciones manuales en ERP vs afectación en Anexo 24
Identificar, documentar y determinar la causa raíz de las diferencias detectadas entre ambos sistemas en todos los supuestos.
Ejecutar auditorías físicas de inventario en caso de ser requerido para validar información capturada en sistema.
Trabajar bajo esquema de proyectos, metas e indicadores.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de materiales y almacén para asegurar la correcta ejecución de transacciones.
Capacitar al personal de planta responsable de transacciones en ERP sobre el impacto operativo y fiscal en Anexo 24.
Proponer e implementar controles internos para prevenir y corregir discrepancias entre sistemas.
Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y análisis utilizando Excel, Power BI y PowerPoint.
Atender requerimientos adicionales solicitados por supervisión y/o gerencia.
