Advanced Quality Planning Specialist
We are currently in search of a
Advanced Quality Planning Specialist to join our Quality Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Irapuato (Mexico).
Responsibilities

Perform Advanced Quality Planning; including prototype build plans, prototype control plans, and final Inspection of prototypes.

Create PPAP documentation on time and lead the APQP process with customers.

Secure the set-up, creation, tracking and update of D-FMEA and P-FMEA on time and with the necessary maturity level

Create the Quality Test Plan (QTP) of the product for DV&PV, create DVP&R and obtain customer approvals for validation.
Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of related experience in new product launch within the automotive industry.

Experience in using common advanced quality planning tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc.).

Experience in product development of mechatronics devices, entry authorization systems and power energy solutions for vehicles.
-
Experience with Design and Process (DV and PV) validation of electrical components is a must.
