En Natura buscamos un perfil con alta capacidad de síntesis, pensamiento crítico y una actitud proactiva para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Inteligencia de Mercado. Experto transformando datos complejos en insights accionables que impulsen el performance de nuestras marcas (Natura & Avon), además de detectar oportunidades en México y otros mercados.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Principales responsabilidades y desafíos de la posición
1- Generación de reportes integrados con análisis e insights de la información del mercado Mexicano, tomando diferentes fuentes de información como: Kantar, Nielsen, Equity, Euromonitor, macroeconómicos, etc.
2- Integración de información Hispana para soportar la identificación de oportunidades en la región.
3- Gestión de los trámites administrativos del área.
Estructura e interfaces principales del equipo
- Reporte al Gerente Sr. del área
- Supervisión del becario del área
- Eventuales interacciones con Brasil y/o países Hispana
Conocimientos/ Habilidades requeridas
- Experto en panel de hogares de Kantar e informaciones Nielsen
- Conocimiento de la industria de belleza en México
- Excel intermedio-avanzado
Conocimientos / Habilidades deseables
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Economía y/o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años
- Preferentemente que haya laborado en empresas globales de consumo masivo
- Deseable que haya laborado en agencias como Kantar o Nielsen en panel de hogares
