Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Industry Sales Manager to expand our presence in the mortgage industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience and who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Your mission: generate new business by connecting with Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and decision-makers and converting them into long-term VA WORKS clients.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and connect with Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and mortgage professionals
- Leverage existing databases and conduct outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, calls, email, networking)
- Perform headhunting-style outreach to identify high-potential clients
- Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client needs
- Present VA WORKS solutions and value proposition
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal recruiting team to align client needs with talent
- Maintain follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships

- Proven experience in sales

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
