We are looking for a Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across the business. In this role, you will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop reliable demand plans, support operational decision-making, and ensure product availability while balancing working capital objectives.

- Develop and maintain portfolio segmentation methodologies to improve forecast accuracy across brands and product categories.

Build and enhance statistical forecasting models to support short-, medium-, and long-term demand planning.

Monitor demand planning KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy (FCA) and BIAS, and implement action plans to improve performance and profitability.

Manage inventory health across brands, ensuring optimal product availability while supporting working capital objectives.

Lead portfolio reviews and maintain accurate system updates to reflect demand and assortment changes.

Facilitate Demand Alignment Meetings (DAM) with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and forecasts.

Monitor product shortages, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve service levels and product availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency.

Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and IBP (Integrated Business Planning).

Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
