About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to support franchise operations. This role combines customer service, dispatching, scheduling, lead management, and administrative support to ensure exceptional service across franchise locations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with franchises or multi-location operations
- Background in home services or electrical industry
- Marketing or review management experience
- Experience with:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Online review management
- Landing page creation
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service & Franchise Support
- Serve as the centralized customer service contact for franchise locations
- Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries
- Document customer and job details in CRM systems
- Communicate scheduling windows and service expectations
- Conduct customer follow-ups and review requests
- Escalate issues to franchise or corporate leadership when necessary
Dispatching & Scheduling
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and skill set
- Optimize daily and weekly routes
- Communicate schedule updates to customers and technicians
- Monitor job status and completion
- Support emergency and after-hours dispatch setup in internal systems
- Document appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
Marketing & Lead Management
- Execute approved local marketing initiatives
- Manage Google Business Profile messages and reviews
- Support email and SMS campaigns
- Track and follow up on inbound leads
- Maintain basic lead and conversion reporting
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records across franchise locations
- Prepare activity summaries for leadership
- Support invoicing and service documentation
- Ensure brand compliance in all communications
- Maintain confidentiality and procedural standards
Salary & Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary: $24,806.25 – $35,280 MXN
