About Admirra
Our mission is to help mental health practices thrive — so clinicians can spend less time fighting their tools and more time caring for the people who count on them. We're guided by a simple belief: that the business side of a practice, done well, is itself a form of care. That shapes how we build our product and how we treat our customers, our team, and everyone we bring on. We value clarity over jargon, genuine relationships over transactions, and doing right by the practices that trust us.
Admirra is the only CRM and practice-management platform built specifically for mental health practices — and it was built by clinicians who know what actually running a practice feels like. Scheduling, intake, referral tracking, insurance verification, automation, reporting: the operational backbone a practice needs, in one place, designed for this world from day one instead of bolted onto a generic tool.
We believe operational excellence is a form of care. Everything we build reflects that — and so does everyone we hire.
The opportunity
We're looking for a motivated business development professional to own the full journey from inbound lead to happy, activated customer. The sales process is already built and proven — you're not here to invent it from scratch, you're here to run it, grow it, and make it your own. It's a sales-first role that also carries onboarding for now: you win the customer, then make sure they actually succeed.
What you'll own
- Inbound leads, end to end — field, qualify, and nurture every incoming lead. There's no SDR handing you warm names; you're the first and main point of contact, and you own the relationship.
- Demos, group and one-on-one — lead engaging group webinars and personalized one-on-one demos that move people to a decision.
- Trial-to-paid conversion — conversion here happens through relationships and consistent, genuine communication, not high-pressure closing. You stay in touch, build trust, and help practices say yes.
- Sales at scale, without losing the human touch — you're comfortable using technology and automation to scale and streamline the sales process, while keeping every interaction authentic and personal. Efficiency and warmth, not one at the expense of the other.
- Product fluency — stay in constant sync with the product team on new features and enhancements, and turn them into clear, benefits-focused language for prospects and customers.
- Spreading the word — use social media, YouTube, and blog content (on your own or with the marketing team) to build awareness and feed the funnel.
- Onboarding & customer success — work hands-on with new customers to get them comfortable, confident, and reaching real value on the platform. You're focused on their success, not just the signature.
- Simple KPI tracking — keep our core sales and conversion metrics current and honest. We keep this lightweight.
You'll live across phone, text, and live webinars — and you're comfortable in all three.
Who you are
- You've sold SaaS — ideally at more than one company. This is the non-negotiable: you understand the software sales motion, the trial cycle, and the rhythm of a subscription business. Without SaaS sales experience, this role will be a hard fit.
- Customer-success-minded — you measure yourself by whether customers actually adopt and stay, not just by what you close.
- Relationship-driven — you sell through trust and consistency, and people remember you as helpful, not pushy.
- Tech-fluent — CRMs, automation, and sales tooling are second nature. Experience with a CRM is required; Zoho is a plus.
- Self-directed and motivated — you can run a defined process without hand-holding and stay hungry through a long relationship-based sale.
- Comfortable on camera and on the phone — group webinars and live demos energize you rather than intimidate you.
A major plus: you know the mental health world. If you've worked in or around behavioral health, therapy, or clinical practices — or you're genuinely well-connected in the field — you'll thrive here, and you'll be rewarded for those relationships.
Nice to have: experience writing marketing newsletters or outbound communication, and content creation (social, YouTube, blogging).
Keep in mind
Admirra is a growing, early-stage company, and this role is built for someone entrepreneurial. It's an especially strong fit if you're already connected in the mental health community: warm networks convert, and here you'd be paid for building them. You'd be getting in early on a mission-driven product with room to grow as we do.
