Your Mission:
As our Renewals Specialist, you will ensure a seamless leasing experience by:
- Executing and entering monthly lease renewal proposals accurately.
- Managing the Renewals communication hub with prompt, professional responses.
- Overseeing Section 8 renewals, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborating directly with on-site Property Managers to resolve outstanding action steps.
- Maintaining detailed property reports and ensuring all procedures align with company policy.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Software Mastery: Mandatory experience with Yardi (experience with Rent Cafe is a huge plus).
- Real Estate Experience: Solid background in Property Management and the lease renewal process.
- Compliance Knowledge: Proven experience handling Section 8 housing.
- Language Skills: High English proficiency (Bilingual fluency is highly valued).
- Soft Skills: A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST.
