2–5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, preferably in composites and/or interiors
Hands‑on experience with aerospace quality systems and inspection processes
Experience working in a regulated, high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment preferred
Technical Skills
Knowledge of composite materials (prepregs, resins, honeycomb, bonding)
Familiarity with inspection techniques and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, Precision Metrology Basics (FARO, Hexagon, Leica...)
Strong understanding of AS9100, AS9102, and aerospace regulatory requirements
Experience with MRB, NCR, FAIR, and CAPA processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and standards
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work cross‑functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Composite or aerospace quality certifications
Experience with aviation authorities (FAA/EASA) or major aerospace OEMs
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training
Experience with interior certification requirements (flammability, smoke, toxicity)
