We're hiring an: Order Fulfillment Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives on delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently while gaining exposure to sales operations and business development activities within a growing international company.
What you'll do
- Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems
- Review and verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and issue resolution
- Manage order changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests when needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve order accuracy
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer orders and interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order fulfillment process
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Participate in training and development opportunities related to inside sales and business development activities
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, sales support, or a related field
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
