Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment while ensuring excellent customer service and close collaboration with Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of working independently, familiar with finished goods order management processes, and comfortable navigating SAP to provide accurate order updates and status reporting.

Manage customer orders and provide timely updates regarding order status, changes, and delivery commitments.

Review and update order information in SAP and customer tracking tools.

Serve as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.

Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and order transactions.

Analyze order information and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with established service level agreements and business processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any engineering discipline).

3 to 5 years of experience in Order Management, preferably handling finished goods.

Experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment.

Experience collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Solid knowledge of SAP and order processing workflows.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities and workload.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Ability to interpret and analyze order data within ERP systems.
