Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $14,000.00 MXN / month + Mexican Law Benefits

About the Roles
We are seeking creative, dedicated English Teachers to design nurturing, high-energy, and academically engaging environments across three key levels:
- Kindergarten (Art-Integrated Focus): Bring the language to life through art-integrated projects, music, handcrafts, play, and cross-curricular teaching tailored to the developmental needs of early learners.
- Elementary School (Art-Integrated Focus): Build strong foundational literacy, vocabulary, and communication skills using interactive, dynamic lesson plans and cross-curricular projects.
- Junior High School (Art-Integrated Focus): Foster advanced language skills, critical thinking, and confidence through academic English, structured discussions, and literature, preparing students for higher education.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Leadership: Lead and manage a vibrant classroom from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, maintaining excellent classroom management skills.
- Lesson Planning: Design and implement dynamic lesson plans using age-appropriate, engaging, and integrated cross-curricular teaching methods.
- Engagement: Incorporate creative elements (such as art, music, projects, or interactive discussions) as core pillars of the daily English learning experience.
- Environment: Foster a safe, loving, supportive, and highly engaging environment tailored to the unique developmental and emotional needs of your students' age group.
- Communication: Track student progress and maintain open, professional communication with parents and school leadership.
What We Are Looking For: Professional Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience teaching the specific age group you are applying for (Kindergarten/Early Childhood, Elementary, or Junior High). Elementary (preparation for Starters, Movers, Flyers). Junior High (preparation for KET, PET, FCE).
- Teacher’s Certificate: Required certifications (e.g., TKT, TESOL, TEFL, BA in Education, or equivalent).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English fluency with strong, clear pronunciation.
- Tech-savvy: Preferred advanced proficiency using iPads as an instructional tool. Expert knowledge of Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and familiarity with forward-thinking educational applications.
