Reporting to the EH&S Manager, the Clinic Doctor’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:

Coordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.

Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.

Coordinate and supervise for securing the development of all records, equipment and programs related to occupational health services.

Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
-
Collaborating with Environmental Health and Safety.
-
Responsible of operations and human resources to develop operations, programs and services providing content expertise.
-
Supervise and ensure assistance with the accidents investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
-
Ensure that direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.

Experience in medical devices Industries
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
-
Intermediate English.
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
Specialization in occupational medicine.
-
Experience in regulatory compliance (NOM-030, Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Psychosocial).

Health hazard assessment and surveillance of employees’ population
-
Responsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and prevention health programs.

Make decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manage sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data.
