As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have end-to-end ownership of our agent platform—from the data layer to the UI. You will architect scalable services that process thousands of workflows daily, set technical direction, and help scale a strong engineering culture.

What You’ll Do
- Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and evolve full-stack systems across our agent platform, from the data layer to the UI.
- Architecture & Scalability: Architect scalable services that process thousands of insurance workflows daily, reliably and at speed.
- Technical Leadership: Set technical direction, raise the bar on code quality/testing, and mentor teammates as the team scales.
- Production Ownership: Participate in on-call rotation and take end-to-end ownership of production systems (designing, operating, and debugging).
What You Bring (Required Skills)
- Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-grade products.
- Tech Stack: Deep, recent hands-on experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Python (Full-stack profile, not siloed).
- Backend & Data: Solid grasp of relational databases, data modeling, and API design.
- System Design: Proven experience designing, operating, and debugging distributed systems in production.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish (Non-negotiable).
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-native products (side projects count!).
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier) or high-growth, product-led environments.
- Background in Insurtech or Fintech.
- Experience architecting systems from the ground up (0 to 1).
