- Actively contribute to generate process documentation such workflow, work instructions and layout designDesign, develop, and oversee the manufacturing and operation of mechanical systems or products
- Design automated equipment and solutions to improve manufacturing processes
JOB CONTENT
- Attends periodic meetings onsite to develop strategies for improving equipment maintenance activities
- Negotiate with Vendors for machine implementation and research new automation equipments
- Perform and manage 6Ss in Line and machine maintenance scheduling
- Functional fixtures
- Failure analysis experience
- Vision systems
- Frequent interaction and coordination with suppliers/vendors.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work different shifts as needed.
- EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor degree in automation or related engineering fields
- 3 years min of experience in electronic maquiladora environment
- English 80% or higher
- Time availability
- Strong knowledge on mechanical design
- PLC Programming strong knowledge
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electronics.
- Knowledge of robotics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
