We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and help transform the company into the world's most technologically advanced provider of manufacturing services. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, deploying, and improving SAP solutions that align with business objectives and foster operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Drive business requirements gathering and conduct gap analysis by running workshops, evaluating operational processes, and determining how they can be mapped in SAP

Develop functional design documents and test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing alongside subject matter experts

Deliver solution proposals to the design committee for review and approval

Manage the configuration and successful rollout of SAP FICO modules
-
Steer stakeholders toward adopting SAP standard solutions while reducing custom development
-
Architect and build interfaces to integrate SAP with external systems
-
Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver custom code solutions whenever needed
-
Contribute to SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and extensions of existing SAP applications

Partner with cross-functional and cross-application teams to ensure solution designs align with business requirements
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

At least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP FICO modules
-
Background in product costing scenarios for repetitive manufacturing, discrete, and process industries

Understanding of integration points between FICO and SD, MM, and PP modules
-
Showcase of experience with multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in financial and controlling processes

Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Capability to evaluate the cross-modular impact of process and configuration changes
-
Capability to align with both business and IT strategic directions
-
Competency in operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
-
Experience collaborating in multicultural teams and environments

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and SAP implementation methodologies

Dedication to staying up to date with SAP technology advancements

Skills in verbal and written communication for productive collaboration and documentation

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
