About the role
This is an entry level technical operations role supporting our PrimaID product. You will run installations, build automations, handle deployments, and keep servers healthy. We will train you on PrimaID. You bring solid technical fundamentals, reliability, and good English.
What you will do
- Run and support PrimaID installations and ongoing maintenance
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows in n8n
- Handle deployments and routine releases
- Maintain, monitor, and keep servers healthy
- Respond to support email and manage day to day operational requests
- Keep documentation and runbooks current
What you need
- 0 to 2 years in technical operations, IT support, or junior DevOps
- Comfort with basic Linux server administration
- Exposure to workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar), or the drive to learn it fast
- Comfort following and running deployment steps
- Professional written English for client and support email
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- Hands on n8n experience
- Docker, Bash, Python, or JavaScript basics
- API integration experience
- Monitoring tools experience
- Cloud basics (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Fully remote, based in Mexico
- Contract 3 month probationary period then Full Time position
