- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 8 years of relevant work experience in vendor strategy and operations, either in vendor management (e.g., client-side) or vendor delivery (e.g., supplier-side).
- Experience in executing operational initiatives within a global team.

Experience in technologies, such as leveraging GenAI tools in your day-to-day, to enhance the quality, effectiveness and creativity of your deliverables.

Experience with GCP or other cloud offerings.

Practical experience leveraging emerging AI technologies (such as generative AI or advanced automation tools) to optimize business workflows, drive operational efficiency, and scale programs.

Ability to turn data to insight to action (e.g., SQL or BI tool-Looker).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
