Asegurar la operación del proceso paletizado con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Job Summary**
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Palletizing Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring palletizing machinery to ensure the accurate and timely stacking of finished products according to established specifications.
Job Responsibilities**
- Operate and oversee automated palletizing equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and routine adjustments.
- Load and unload materials onto and from the palletizer, ensuring proper alignment and stability of products.
- Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues, and escalate more complex problems to maintenance personnel.
- Perform quality checks on stacked pallets, verifying correct product count, arrangement, and overall integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the palletizing station.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete necessary production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in Spanish (bilingual a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
