About the Role
We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to own financial accuracy, reporting, and month-end close across multiple entities.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role — not a supervisory-only position.
You will:

What You’ll Own1. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting (Core Focus)-
Execute month-end close with accuracy and timeliness

Prepare financial reports aligned with client requirements

Ensure compliance with:

Maintain clean, structured workpapers
2. Payroll & Employee Setup-
Process payroll using:

Manage employee onboarding in payroll systems
-
Ensure payroll compliance and documentation
3. Core Accounting Operations-
Oversee:

Accounts Payable (AP)
-
Accounts Receivable (AR)
-
Maintain accurate general ledger across entities
-
Manage day-to-day accounting with precision
4. Sales Tax & Compliance-
Calculate and file U.S. state sales tax

Maintain documentation for all filings

Ensure compliance across jurisdictions
5. Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting-
Build custom financial reports

Support:

Provide insights for decision-making
6. Process Improvement & Systems-
Review and document accounting processes

Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows

Standardize systems across multiple clients/entities
7. Client & Internal Coordination-
