Bilingual Customer Service

International manufacturing company is looking to hire a Customer Service professional with experience in B2B customer service and order management.

Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México
Work Model: Hybrid

What will you do?

Manage a portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact between customers, Sales, and internal teams.
Manage customer purchase orders, including changes, rush orders, returns, and follow-up through resolution.
Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor order status, delivery dates, and potential delays, keeping customers informed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Credit, Logistics, Sales, Planning, and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure order fulfillment.
Handle customer requests and follow up until a solution is provided.
Meet customer service KPIs, response times, and case resolution targets.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through proactive, solution-oriented service.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, order processing, or administrative roles.
Experience managing purchase orders and B2B customers.
Advanced English, both written and spoken, is required.
Experience supporting LATAM customers; Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM, or any ERP system.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
