Job Description
The Junior AI Engineer will support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and features leveraging state-of-the-art AI engineering practices and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers eager to work on production-grade AI systems. The Jr. AI Engineer will contribute to building APIs, integrations, and monitoring pipelines, and will work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI solutions
Job Requirements

Assist in developing and deploying production-ready LLM-based applications and features.

Implement and maintain APIs for accessing and interacting with AI models.

Integrate AI-powered solutions with existing systems and workflows.

Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Research and experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques (transformers, RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning).

Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and agile ceremonies.

Document processes, models, and integrations in a clear and maintainable way.

Apply forward-deployed engineering (FDE) principles — working closely with end users, understanding operational constraints, and iterating quickly.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.

1 year of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development (internships, academic projects, or open-source contributions accepted).

Solid foundation in Python programming (required).

Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts (required).

Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Interest in AI/ML concepts, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformers.

Awareness of tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face (training will be provided).

Willingness to learn about deployment practices, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
