Join us to build a next-gen, multi-tenant compliance SaaS platform (permit management, audits, document workflows) running on AWS. This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership, where youll design scalable systems, ship features end-to-end, and help drive architecture with minimal supervision.
What youll do

Build and scale React frontends, .NET APIs, and backend services

Design secure, high-performance multi-tenant architectures

Develop core features: audit engines, workflows, document systems, reporting

Deliver production-quality code with speed, reliability, and strong testing
What were looking for

3+ years full-stack experience (React + .NET/C#)

Strong fundamentals: clean architecture, SOLID, design patterns

Experience with SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)

Proven SaaS delivery, CI/CD, testing, and Git workflows

Skilled with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code)

Self-driven, high ownership, fast execution mindset
Nice to have

Compliance, legal tech, or regulated industry experience

Multi-tenancy patterns, event-driven systems, or document pipelines

Docker/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
