We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset. In this high-impact role, you will balance client relationship management with hands-on IT recruitment delivery.
What You Will DoAccount Management
- Client Onboarding: Coordinate collaborative onboardings and lead kick-off sessions with new clients.
- Account Health: Provide continuous follow-up on active accounts, managing satisfaction, Work Order (WO) renewals, salary adjustments, and hourly cut-offs.
- Performance & Retention: Handle performance issues or offboardings, triggering replacement requests for the recruitment team.
- Growth: Utilize cost calculators to identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Staffing Delivery (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Vacancy Ownership: Receive job orders from the commercial team, define search strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle.
- Candidate Presentation: Screen profiles, validate profit margins, and pitch candidates with clear pricing to the client.
- Pipeline Management: Drive the active vacancy pipeline to closure, keeping clients informed at every step.
- Velocity: Maintain an excellent Time to First Submission (TTFS) as a leading indicator of speed and successful placement.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within staffing or professional services.
- IT Recruitment: Solid background in IT or nearshore recruitment (sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and placement).
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tech vacancies simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Communication: Assertive communication skills to handle client pushback, performance issues, and contract adjustments.
- Tech Literacy: Ability to evaluate technical IT profiles (Developers, QA, DevOps, PMs, Architects).
- Staffing Knowledge: Familiarity with the nearshore staffing model (Work Orders, hiring regimes, liquidation factors, and billing).
- Tools: Basic handling of staffing cost calculators, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and CRMs.
- Market Insight: General knowledge of the LATAM tech talent market (roles, stacks, and seniorities).
- Metrics: Familiarity with KPIs like account retention, NRR, TTFS, and conversion rates.
- Language: English C1 (Advanced) – Fluent professional communication with international clients and candidates is mandatory.

- Customer Success Certification (CS Academy, Gainsight, SuccessHACKER, or equivalent).
- LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or formal Technical Recruiting training.
