As a Senior Flutter Mobile Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will leverage your technical expertise to build scalable and secure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. You will also play a key role in guiding junior developers and ensuring engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile solutions
- Develop custom Flutter packages leveraging native Android and iOS capabilities
- Integrate mobile applications with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Apply modern state management approaches such as BLoC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuous integration efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments
- Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative product delivery
- Mentor junior developers and promote technical best practices within the team
- Mobile Development Expertise – Strong experience in hybrid mobile application development with a focus on Flutter and Dart
- Technical Leadership – Ability to guide teams, ensure quality standards, and drive best development practices
- Framework & Tools Knowledge – Deep understanding of Flutter frameworks, widgets, and libraries
- Integration Skills – Experience integrating applications with APIs and backend services
- Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- 6–8 years of experience in hybrid mobile application development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Strong knowledge of Flutter libraries, widgets, layouts, and frameworks
- Experience building custom Flutter packages using native Android/iOS capabilities
- Hands-on experience with state management (BLoC preferred)
- Knowledge of mobile features such as location services, networking, storage, and security/cryptography
- Experience with web services integration (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jira
- Experience working with Android/iOS build systems
- Prior experience working in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ownership mindset
Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.
Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹
