We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct gap analysis by running workshops, reviewing business processes, and mapping them to SAP functionalities

Prepare detailed functional specifications and testing plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business experts

Present proposed SAP solutions to the design committee for validation and approval

Oversee the configuration and rollout of SAP FICO modules to ensure successful implementation

Guide stakeholders on leveraging SAP standard functionalities and minimizing the need for custom solutions

Build and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems
-
Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver custom code solutions when needed
-
Participate in SAP-related initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and application extensions

Partner with cross-functional and cross-application teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring SAP FICO modules
-
Background in product costing across repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing environments
-
Comprehensive knowledge of how FICO integrates with SD, MM, and PP modules
-
Showcase of involvement in multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in finance and controlling

Participation in a minimum of 2 complete SAP implementation cycles

Capability to evaluate the impact of changes across different SAP modules and processes

Capability to support both business and IT objectives

Proficiency in working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities

Experience collaborating in multicultural teams

Thorough understanding of SDLC and SAP project methodologies

Motivation to keep up with the latest SAP technology trends

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork and documentation

Minimum English language level of B1+
