Responsibilities

Design and enhance backend systems utilizing current frameworks

Contribute to the architecture of robust and scalable platforms

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges

Apply coding standards and ensure maintainable codebases

Participate in roadmap discussions and technical planning

Assist with application deployment and release activities

Requirements

At least 5 years of practical experience with Python, including FastAPI and Django for backend solutions

A minimum of one year overseeing and guiding development teams

Strong command of React and TypeScript for creating dynamic front-end experiences

Experience managing databases and designing schemas with PostgreSQL
-
Proficient in Docker for building, packaging, and deploying applications
-
Commitment to automated testing, including thorough unit and integration test coverage
-
Experience working in agile environments on high-impact, complex projects
-
Team-oriented mindset, engaging in code reviews and collaborative development
-
Ability to work effectively with remote teams across multiple locations
-
Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence for workflow and documentation

Knowledge of cloud-native services such as S3, Lambda, AWS AKS, and CloudWatch for managing cloud infrastructure

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or above
