About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development and business teams to validate that solutions meet functional and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Perform different types of testing such as:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing activities
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities
- Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements
- Prepare and maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, execution reports)
- Support release validation and production verification activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
