Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Process Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across manufacturing processes for final products (breakers). This role focuses on problem-solving, process validation, and continuous improvement, working closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality and performance.

Lead problem-solving activities for process and product quality issues in final products (breakers)

Apply quality tools to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions

Support quality control across in-process operations and supplier-related issues

Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, and visual management tools

Validate production lines and product changes to ensure consistent quality performance

Partner with Plant Leadership Teams (PLTs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and internal requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in electrical products or similar industries

Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO) and experience as an internal auditor

Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies: 8D, PFMEA, RPN, KATA, etc.

Familiarity with Control Plans, process validation, and visual management systems

Experience working with suppliers and in-process quality improvement

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
