Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems .
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (UL, CSA, TUV, as applicable).
- Knowledge of FAI , OQA , AQL , MSA , Process Capability , PFMEA and control plans .
- Experience in end‑to‑end process quality management , including MRB processes, nonconforming material control, incoming inspection, raw material verification, in‑process quality assurance, final product inspection, and supplier quality management. Experience ensuring process stability, compliance to specifications, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in qualification of NPI phases and milestones , including quality plans and documentation.
- Problem solver, able to guide teams through systematic problem-solving processes, ensuring closure of corrective actions with measurable impact. (using structured methodologies such as A3, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills are essential. These skills involve the ability to manage and analyze Quality Indicators and KBIs. They transform data into applicable insights, identifying performance gaps. Furthermore, they implement strategic improvement plans that enhance plant efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen process reliability.

- Experience developing customer escape prevention strategies, driving rapid containment, leading investigations, and implementing long term corrective actions to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction .
- Support training of operators and engineers on quality tools.
The Essentials – You will Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Quality Engineer roles within manufacturing of mechanical and/or electronic assemblies.
- Work with corporate teams, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Specialized certifications (CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- Strong background in engineering-driven products (electric industrial environment), low to medium volume production, and high-mix environments.
- Experience working in companies that follow corporate quality standards and global compliance systems.
- Intermediate to advanced English, able to participate in meetings, preparing reports, and communicating with customers or corporate teams
