What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process
- Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements
- Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers
- Investigatecustomer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations
- Interface with multiplewarehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
- Manage internal and external communications that come throughtheemail, chat and phone
- Document all return transactions accurately in the system.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant system experience with Oracle and ETQ within Arrow Electronics is preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience using and navigating Arrow’s WMS system
- Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience performing detail-oriented tasks
- Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker
- Flexible with schedule
- An excellent attendance record

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$13,875.00 - $18,058.33 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
