Roles & Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work together with other cloud engineers, architects, developers, and
customer engineering teams to:
Dev/Ops practices, procedures, and execution for SaaS Solutions Deployment Planning,
Execution and Validation skills Deep technical understanding of application and cloud-native
deployment and design, including middleware options, protocols, API gateways, and platform
infrastructures.
Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in
transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, app firewalls
Understanding of SaaS products as Azure IoT Hub, Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos
Experience implementing and operating mission critical technology components with HA, DR,
and Business Continuity capabilities.
Good understanding of Infrastructure as a Service/ Code using Terraform pipelines
Azure Application Development or support experiences with Azure PaaS services (Redis Cache,
Service Bus, Event Hub, Cloud Service, IoT suite, Web Apps, etc.)
Implement a container build and deploy strategy
Experience on Azure Service Fabric clusters and troubleshoot using app Insight
Implement infrastructure compliance, security, and continuous feedback mechanism
Experience in continuous integration and dependency management
Implementing Continuous Delivery and release management workflow
Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python)
Exposure to build high available infrastructure and plan for Disaster recovery solutions, backup
management, Azure data factory
Required Skills & Qualification:
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
6+ years in a technical position. Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent
Experience.
3+ years of experience in configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps pipelines
Design and implement an Agile work management approach
Certificate out of AZ-203/ AZ-204 is desired. AZ- 400 is good to have
Good communication skills, Team player and Ability to mentor other team members in resolving
the issues
Operational Excellence: Work with leadership team on process improvement, operational
efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD etc.
Strong customer focus and obsession with quality.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight and
work well in a collaborative environment.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and be self-directed.
Working knowledge in Agile/SCRUM and traditional SDLC project execution methodologies
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field
